idem.commit takes key and result_ref. Optional scope (max 64) selects the lease when the same key exists in two scopes. Optional owner fences the commit; when omitted, the caller key hash is sent.
Idempotency key recipe: sha256 of payer, payTo, amount, resource, and task id. Send the hex hash, not the raw values.
